„We have run cross CEE event and the issue we were facing was communication between different teams in the region. The concept developed together with Conectio as well as the support we have got during the event made this experience the very successful one.We have used Merchant – the negotiation game. People were playing in parallel, so they had the opportunity to support, share, communicate among each other to move forward in the game. Apart from improving negotiation skills, they learned few more things – how important is to listen to each other, how to be patient and how to overcome initial frustration. “
