The complexity and intensity of communication is constantly growing. It requires new abilities and new inner strength.
The programme was developed by Google. It teaches the practice of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, resilience, leadership and increases team performance.
Since the program was launched in the Czech Republic in 2021, it has been attended by over 300 managers.

Program content
The Search Inside Yourself programme is based on data and research in the fields of neuroscience, attention training and emotional intelligence.
It provides practical tools that can be practised immediately in personal or professional life.
We start with the basics of mindfulness and build on knowledge in the field of emotional intelligence that leads to excellent results in leadership and team leadership.
6 weeks of training + 4 weeks of practice
SIY begins with a highly interactive (online or face-to-face) training, followed by a four-week online challenge. The programme is highly interactive, includes experiential exercises, group conversations, micro-practices, attention training and writing.
