QUALITY OF LIFE

Quality of life looks at your sense of balance, well-being and satisfaction with life. 

It is based on your own opinion on how you think and feel that you are okay now and want to be in the future. It is a sign of how you feel in general and touches the meaning of your life.

COMFORT OF THE BODY

The well-being of the body monitors your physical well-being and the activities you do to strengthen it. 

There is a strong connection between the health of your body and mental well-being. It focuses on your physical fitness, regular exercise and eating habits, as well as how good your sleep is.

EMOTIONAL COMFORT

Emotions cover the way you respond to opportunities and challenges.

Emotional well-being allows you to express yourself freely and solve difficult situations. Emotions can be positive and negative, and they also affect mental processes such as memory and decision making. They also affect how you react and adapt to new experiences, express yourself and react with, literally, philosophical perspective.

RELATION SHIPS

Relationships focuses on how you connect with other people. 

Having good social support and a network gives you the feeling that you are cared for, others respect you and you are respected. Relationships include social interactions in both the close and wider community and the fact that you have available social support and are able to experience quality deep relationships.

WORK

The area of work deals with challenges, pressures and opportunities in your job role or career. 

It means that you get involved in work in a healthy and confident way, while being goal-oriented. A good relationship with work is related to how you feel supported and valued at work, and how well you balance your professional life with your personal life.

SELF-CONFIDENCE

Self-confidence examines your ability to know yourself.

It includes the ability to make decisions with the full knowledge that they affect your relationships, jobs and daily lives. If we have a healthy level of self-confidence and receptivity, then you have enough capacity to recognize and understand your actions, motivations and feelings. You are better aware of your personal standards than the expectations of others.

GROW

Growth is about your desire to learn new skills, to gain new knowledge.

You can then improve your life by making decisions based on enough information. People who are strong in this area actively pursue opportunities for their growth, are able to focus their attention on them, and are able to identify goals that give meaning to their lives.
