EMOTIONAL COMFORT
Emotions cover the way you respond to opportunities and challenges.
Emotional well-being allows you to express yourself freely and solve difficult situations. Emotions can be positive and negative, and they also affect mental processes such as memory and decision making. They also affect how you react and adapt to new experiences, express yourself and react with, literally, philosophical perspective.
RELATION SHIPS
Relationships focuses on how you connect with other people.
Having good social support and a network gives you the feeling that you are cared for, others respect you and you are respected. If we have a healthy level of self-confidence and receptivity, then you have enough capacity to recognize and understand your actions, motivations and feelings. You are better aware of your personal standards than the expectations of others.
